• Time-matched market-based figure is 10.4% lower than location-based. This reflects the office-hours load profile correlating with higher-solar, lower-intensity dispatch periods (10am–4pm weekdays). Buildings with overnight-weighted loads — data centres, 24-hour operations — typically see a smaller or reversed gap.
