Where does the data come from?

All market data is sourced directly from AEMO (Australian Energy Market Operator). We pull dispatch prices, generation mix, interconnector flows and forecast data across all six regions: the five NEM states plus the WEM (Western Australia).

What is the Scope 2 emissions tracker?

Upload your meter data and get dual-method Scope 2 calculations: location-based (annual average) and market-based (time-matched to actual grid intensity). Designed to support GHG Protocol and ASRS disclosure. Verify outputs with a qualified professional before regulatory submission.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel any time from your account settings. Monthly plans end at the close of the current billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable for the remaining term but will not renew.

What regions are covered?

gridIQ covers all six Australian electricity market regions: the five NEM regions (NSW, VIC, SA, QLD, TAS) updated every 5 minutes, and the WEM (Western Australia) updated every 30 minutes.

What about seats and sites?

Pro includes 1 seat and 5 sites. Additional seats are $49/mo each (each seat is a separate login). Additional sites are $99/mo each, self-serve from the Settings page. A 10-site setup is $299 + 5 extra sites at $99 = $794/mo, still a fraction of what a consultant charges.

Do you offer API access?

Yes.
